He currently serves on the boards of Books n Boots and the Barmal Bijiril Foundation, and has previously held board and advisory roles with the First Nations Australian Writers Network (FNAWN), Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP), and as a ministerial adviser for Indigenous Affairs.
